Farewell Brother

Last Friday my older brother got a call that said that he would serve the rest of his mission in Milwaukee Wisconsin until January 30, 2014! I am so proud of him for continuing his mission and inspiring me even more for me to decide to do a service mission. He is so going to be the best spanish speeking missionary in Milwaukee and he is going to have success everywhere he turns! I so hope that he will endure to the end without any problems from his sore back!
FORGET THAT!
I know he will endure to the end without any problems from his back because if he's doing the Lords work he will be blessed with no pain! I also belive that he will make a lot of friends with the people of Milwaukee! I also know that he will have a great and fun time there wether at the plane show on P-days or just doing the Lords work and having success!!! :) I also know he is going to have a lot of fun on his P-days there because of activitys with the members and activitys in the Harley Davison factory and/or even activitys with shopping at this big shopping mall that he found out about that is right behind the mission offices there in Milwaukee. Hope you have a lot of fun shopping espically at that shopping mall! I also know that he is going to love the Milwaukee Mission even though it is going to be tough and challenging to try to endure through but i know he is going to be able to do it and love it all at the same time! Also by the time he gets home he is going to be a better LDS member since he is going to have a lot of challenges and trials, but he's going to be grateful for having those trials in his life! I also believe that he is going to have a stronger testimony and understanding of the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!!! I also know/believe that he is going to bug us when we say it is freezing here in Utah because he will have a better story to tell about being cold! :)
Thanks for all you do Bro. I really appreciate all of the support and care you give me. It has helped me become a better individual and has helped me in a lot of stuff throughout my life!!! Love you lots Elder Kaylor Carter!

Youth Conference Excitement!

I am so dang excited for my wards youth conference that is this Thursday, June 20 to Friday, June 22, 2013! The reason why I am so excited is because I am going to go to youth conference!!! :) We are leaving Thursday morning and are going to head up to Gunnison, set up camp, and do a obstacle course and go to the Mormon miracle pageant that night! Then on Friday we are going to have games and do a service project and then go to Palisades’s state park and do canoeing and play in the lake! Then on Saturday we are going to break camp and head home! It is going to be so much fun and I am so excited because I am going to be in one of our ward's scout tents with my friends Coleman, Brett, Austin, and Josh! So there are going to be five of us that are really best friends in the tent! I am so dang excited to see them because they are my best friends! Also I’m so excited for the food we are going to have up there because my friend’s mom came to my house yesterday (June 17, 2013) to tell me about the food and it sounds like we are going to be very plump pigs by the time we get back home! :) Also I am so excited because I want to go and get the experience and have the fun times that are going to happen up there and also because I want to see the Mormon Miracle Pageant since i was so small and little last time we saw it that I can't remember any of it! I hope I have a lot of fun and that I will enjoy the fun times up there with my friends and neighbors! Wish me good luck and that I will have a great time!

Easter Fun

This year Easter was so much fun because on Saturday March 30, 2012 I went down to my grandpa and grandma's house with my dad and brother and celebrated Easter with them and even had lunch with them! I had so much fun going down to their house and having a fun time with them! Then on Easter Sunday I went to my other grandparent's house with my dad and brother again and celebrated Easter with them also. We had dinner with them and then we played Yahtzee and then everyone besides me played Phase 10 and then after we played the games we had dessert. The thing that we had for dessert was lemon cake with cool-whip frosting that my grandma Kathy made us! It was so delicous and yummy! I want to thank both of my grandparents for helping me and everyone else have a fun and terrific Easter!  Also thanks for the candy and items that you got me! I am still eating all of my easter candy that i got from both grandparents if your wondering!

Happy New Years

I am so excited for the New Year that is coming up soon and I am having so much fun at my grandma Kathy's and grandpa Randy's house (my moms parents house) because we are having goodies and treats and are playing a lot of fun games! Can't wait to watch the ball drop at times square on T.V! Also can't wait to blow the horns and mess around at 12:00 tonight with my awesome family and awesome grandparents!

Also here are my New Years goals and they are to remeber to say my prayers more often and better than they are and to be more nicer and kind to my family and friends more than I have been doing recently!

Fun During Christmas

This Christmas was totally fun and awesome because of all the fun activities that I did with my family. Like how my grandparents took us to Weber State's Institute Christmas program on the 8th of December, them taking us to Texas Road House for dinner on Christmas eve, my grandpa taking me and Jackson to the new Hobbit movie and all the other fun things that they did with us. Another thing that I did that was fun this Christmas was being able to talk with my older brother Kaylor (that is on his mission in Mexico) on Christmas Day and being able to talk to him for at least 2 hours! That was so much fun to talk to him and see him with the help from the program Skype. Also playing with my cousins Drew and Eric (yesterday December 29th, 2012) and having the time to play in the snow with them.

 

One of the most favorite things that I did this Christmas was opening presents with my family, grandparents (my moms parents) and my uncle Craig! I am having so much fun with the Christmas gifts I got! 

 

Here is the list of what I got for Christmas:

1. A new video game system from Nintendo that is the new 3DS handheld video game system.
2. Two 3DS games for my new system. Nintendogs plus Cats and Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time are the 2 video games that I got for my system. Then I bought another game for the system that is called Paper Mario Sticker Stars and it is so much fun just like the other 2 games I got.
3. A Wii video game called Disney Universe that is so much fun.
4. A new robe for the mornings.
5. A new shirt for me to wear.
6. Two remote controlled Bumper Cars that are really fun to play with because when one of them hits these certain buttons on the side of the one bumper car the rider of the bumper car ejects and the car makes crashing noises. It is so much fun to play with!
7. A video game chair to play my video games in!
8. Headphones so I can listen to my music with out a broken pair of headphones.
9. A Recipe Organizer Book to put all of my recipes in.
10. Gloves for walking back and fourth between school and the college behind my school that I am taking culinary arts in.
11. A Cookbook and Cookie cutters so I can make dog biscuits with.
12. And a watch for my to wear so I could know what time it is.

That is what I got for Christmas that I have been having so much fun with. Thanks everyone in my family and my friends for a wonderful and fun Christmas!

 

Circus fun with family and my cousin

On Thursday September 20, 2012 me, my mom and dad, little brother Jackson and my cousin Laura Went to the "Energy Solutions Arena" where we saw Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey's Circus where they focused on mostly dragons and different acts based on dragon warriors! It was so fun and awesome that I will never forget it and I think it was the 2nd most favorite circus that I have been to and liked. The first circus that I liked was the one with Bello The Clown because Bello did a lot of cool acts/stunts that I liked. The reason why i liked the dragon circus one was because they also had cool acts/stunts and I liked some of the songs they sung and most of all the Clowns Not I liked the animals more than the clowns espically the dogs, cats, and the bigger cats! (The lions and tigers) Another reason why it was so fun is because we were so high in the bleachers that we were using binoculars to zoom in on the acts even though we could still see the floor pretty well and the acts! Next time the circus comes to Salt Lake to the Energy Solutions Arena I want to go and see how they do with that one! :)  

Temple Recommend Meeting Tonight!

Guess what i am doing tonight at 7:00? I am having a meeting with one of my neighbors (that works with my bishop) and hopefully getting my temple recommend because on this wensday (march 28, 2012) my preisthood scout group is going to go do Baptisims for the Dead! I am so wanting to get my temple recommend tonight so i can go do baptisims for the dead! I have alot of my friends that are doing it and i want to try it out since i haven't done it yet. Also i'm not stressing out about doing it because my dad is coming with me to do it after school tommorow at 3:00 and also i am going to have my neighborhood friends there that i bet they would help me do it the right way since there my friends. Also i'm not stressing out because i know Heavenly Father well help me do the right things! I hope i do good tommorow doing the baptisims for the dead! Wish me luck and wish that i will have a good, fun time!
